Disabled
Access and Blue Badge Holders
The Octagon has a flat foyer entrance, with lift
access to the Main Auditorium and William Hare
Bar. Wheelchair spaces are available in both theatre
spaces (two in the Main Auditorium, several in
the Studio Theatre), which must be booked in advance.
Access to most of the seating requires the use
of stairs; please mention any access requirements
when booking. An accessible toilet is situated
in the foyer. Parking for Blue Badge holders is
available in a designated bay opposite the theatre
entrance. Essential carers for disabled patrons
are entitled to a complimentary ticket. |

Guide Dogs
We welcome Guide
Dogs to the Octagon Theatre; the dog can stay
with you in the auditorium or be looked after
by a member of the Front of House team. Just let
us know when booking. |

Infrared System
We offer an infrared
system, which can assist those with a hearing
impairment. A number of receivers are available
which must be reserved when booking. Please discuss
your requirements with a member of Ticket Office
staff. |

performances
We hold
one Audio
Described performance for
the visually impaired and one British
Sign Language interpreted performance
for hearing impaired patrons for
