The sell-out 24:7 showcase is back at the Octagon, fresh from the summer festival. 24:7 is Manchester's award-winning annual showcase of new one-hour plays by local writers, performed by some of the best regional acting talent. Four top shows (2 each evening), chosen by reviewers and audience members, will be staged at the Octagon.

A Dog Called Redemption

A drama by Mathew Landers
Directed by Mark Pollard

'An engrossing comedy-drama'

Brokeback Mountain meets Of Mice and Men in this funny, moving and dark drama by the Willy Russell Award winning playwright, Matthew Landers. After meeting by chance, two very different vagrants develop a relationship which leads to love in a chip shop and offers hope beyond the pavement.
