The Best of Bolton - Results Announced!

The Octagon New Writing department, led by Associate Director Elizabeth Newman, has been looking for new writers to take part in The Best of Bolton which will give some of Bolton’s best local writers the chance to showcase their work and gain feedback. 

Following a careful selection process Elizabeth Newman has now chosen the pieces that she will direct, using professional actors, in an Octagon Studio performance on Friday 10 February 2012. Elizabeth announces the results below:

Dear The Best of Bolton applicants,

Thank you so much for your submissions. We had one hundred and thirty three responses this year. If you haven’t received an email or phone call saying yes or no please can you get in contact as soon as possible as we may not have received your submission. Please email info@octagonbolton.co.uk.
