Executive Director

The Executive Director has overall financial control of the company and is responsible for the long-term strategic planning and development for the organisation including liaising with key funders and sponsors. The Executive Director works with the Finance department to set budgets and targets for the company.

 

Administration

Our Head of Administration is responsible for, along with Head of Production, the physical infrastructure of the theatre and the implementation of the company’s human resources policy as well as negotiating contracts with visiting theatre companies and co-producers. The Administration team also are responsible for managing and administering some the theatre’s other services including the Bar and Café, room hire and hospitality.

 

Finance

The Finance Department look after the theatre’s money! The Head of Finance works with the Executive Director and Artistic Director to set and maintain budgets and targets for the organisation to aid business planning. Day to day, the departments keep control of what money is coming in and what is going out, as well as making sure that all the staff and performers get paid – this is very important.
