Hospitality Suite

If you are looking for a unique venue for a meeting, talk, workshop or training session why not choose the Octagon’s Hospitality Suite?  This stylish space within one of the North West’s leading theatres is a favourite with local businesses.  Floor to ceiling glass panels give great views over Le Mans Crescent.

The Hospitality Suite can be set up according to your needs and can hold up to 40 people in theatre style and up to 25 people in boardroom style.

The William Hare Bar

£30 per hour plus VAT
The William Hare Bar is a great venue for meetings, group workshops, talks and other events. Just like our Hospitality Suite, the William Hare Bar has floor to ceiling windows and views over Le Mans Crescent. It is a perfect venue for networking events and buffets, and the large floor space means that it is particularly suitable for group work as groups can be located in different areas of the Bar.
The William Hare Bar has a maximum capacity of 100. In theatre style it can accommodate 30 people, and can be set up in boardroom style for up to 12.

The Bill Naughton Studio Theatre

Our Studio theatre seats 98 people and is a great venue for lectures, meetings, drama workshops or rehearsals.

Main Auditorium

The Theatre’s main auditorium is an intimate, accessible space seating up to 390 seats and can be hired out for meetings, conferences or corporate events (subject to availability).
