A group of amazing young people from Bolton have been working with professional actors from The Octagon Theatre, including David MacCreedy, Kieran Hill, Colin Connor and Sue Twist, to create this comedy drama that will be used to promote equality in the workplace.

The short 'mock-umentary' film is set and shot in style of The Office and introduces Dave, the inappropriate Boss of The Bolton Branch, who blunders through the week insulting and upsetting staff members many of whom have disabilities. This uplifting comedy challenges the stereotypes of disabilities whilst showcasing the extraordinary talents of local young people.
