‘Smart, unpretentious stand-up with the co-star of
Phoenix Nights’ The Guardian
‘Pure Comic Gold’ Lancashire Evening Post
The Double British Comedy Award Winner, RTS Winner & Bafta
Nominee is back on the road, with a new show bravely mixing stand-up
and Q & A.
2005 & 2006 were busy years for Dave; he appeared on the legendary
Parkinson and The Royal Variety Performance, wrote and
co-starred in ITV’s sitcom Dead Man Weds and BBC1’s
comedy drama Magnolia, appeared as Team Captain alongside Jimmy
Carr and Sean Lock in four hit series of Ch4’s 8 out of 10 Cats,
hosted 30 shows of classic gameshow Bullseye, won Celebrity
Mastermind and appeared as a celebrity judge on a series of BBC 1’s
Saturday night variety talent show When Will I Be Famous?
Now he’s itching to get back to stand-up! Come along, have a laugh,
and ask him all manner of burning questions about his comedy career; his
previous life as a hospital scientist and how he started in this business
we call show. Your chance to ask any question...anything from the urbane
to the inane to the insane...
