In an event unique
to the Octagon Theatre, two of Arthur Miller's personal friends
shared their passion about working with a genius of the modern theatre.
Respected stage and
TV director, David Thacker, together with his
wife and acclaimed actress Margot Leicester,
offered a unique personal insight into the life and work of one
of the great playwrights of the twentieth century.
The evening was chaired
by Les Smith, published playwright and Lecturer
in Writing for the Stage, Screen and Radio at the University of
Bolton, and introduced by the Octagon's award-winning Artistic
Director, Mark Babych.
Part of the Octagon's 'Miller at the Octagon' series, celebrating the work of one of the twentieth century's greatest playwrights.
