Tender pieces of chicken fillet in a rich creamy sauce combining yoghurt, cream, tomatoes and spices. Served with pilau rice and mini naan bread.

Roasted Red Pepper Penne

Al dente penne pasta smothered in sweet red pepper and tomato sauce. Served with a crisp side salad and garlic bread.

Lamb Henry in Port and Cranberry Gravy
Slow cooked, so it falls off the bone, New Zealand lamb in a port and cranberry gravy. Served with baby new potatoes and a selection of vegetables.

Scallop, Tuna and Chorizo Skewers
Atlantic scallops, fresh tuna and slices of chorizo threaded on a bamboo skewer. Served on a bed of rice with a crisp side saladand crusty bread and butter.
