Henry in Port and Cranberry Gravy
Slow cooked, so it falls off the bone, New Zealand lamb in
a port and cranberry gravy. Served with baby new potatoes
and a selection of vegetables.

Scallop,
Tuna and Chorizo Skewers
Atlantic scallops, fresh tuna and slices of chorizo threaded
on a bamboo skewer. Served on a bed of rice with a crisp side
saladand crusty bread and butter.

Jam Sponge Pudding
A light suet sponge with a hint of vanilla flavour topped
